About us

We met as Pilgrimage Partners at the beginning of 2024 and went on four trips together within 10 months. A whirlwind went through our lives. Our journey started with a feeling that something was waiting for us in the mountains, and we needed to go after it together. We had only met once before and didn’t really know each other, but there was a curious connection that we chose to follow. Trusting our instinct, we were led to a sacred valley in the Himalayas. What we found was far beyond our imagination and the words to describe it. We could see the entire world and its evolution. We instantly knew we had to share this, and just a few months later, we invited the first groups with us on a pilgrimage. Deep partnerships are formed on the journey of revealing treasures that light the way for personal and social evolution. Pilgrimage Partners is our way of sharing this with people. You are invited to journey in the unknown with us.

Serena and Fritz

Serena Rix Tripathee, an accredited leadership coach and facilitator, has produced award-winning films and was the Country Director of Search for Common Ground Nepal. She has worked with the private sector and government in Australia to foster peak performance for individuals and organizations.

Fritz Lensch was introduced to meditation at age 9. He developed as a dancer and choreographer and later as a coach and teacher of meditation and transformation. Inspired by gurus from the East and West, Fritz supports people by helping them recognize and live their truth.
